Wholesale Internet's Kansas City datacenter is fed by redundant fiber feeds
from American Fiber Systems, Cogent and Level 3 (via Unite Fiber Systems).
We utilize Foundry routers and switches in a parallel redundant design
eliminating any one point of failure. All network connectivity originates
in the restricted-access networking room and travels along a vast network of
cat 5e cable supported by ceiling mounted ladder racking. Commonly,
customers utilize our pooled bandwidth providers but are welcome to purchase
bandwidth from Cogent, Level 3 or American Fiber Systems directly. Pooled
redundant bandwidth is available for purchase on a per megabit basis.
We regret that because of network security concerns, we cannot provide any
further details on our network infrastructure.
