History
Wholesale Internet, Inc. was incorporated in 1999 by Aaron Wendel. It's
original business plan called for reselling domain names and shared web
hosting accounts. Responding to demand for additional services, Aaron rented
a small rack from a local colocation provider. As the business expanded, he
quickly outgrew that small rack and expanded into two locations with almost
5000 square feet of datacenter space. In December of 2008, Wholesale
Internet opened a 14,000 square foot facility in the historic Oak Tower
building in Kansas City, Missouri. With over 180 tons of air conditioning
and enough space and power to grow, this move is the culmination of years of
dedication and hard work.
